Sprybuild UMMC is a family of photopolymers designed for rapid prototyping, simulating the properties of various engineering polymers such as ABS, Polypropylene, Polyethylene, PVC, acrylic glass, rubber or TPU.
Allows printing of prototypes for design verification and functional prototypes, producing products with a wide range of flexibility and strength properties.
Sprybuild UMMC photopolymers are adapted to work with light sources with a wavelength of 365 nm and 405 nm
Dye must be added before use. Coloring of Sprybuild UMMC photopolymers in bulk is carried out using a coloring system for model polymers Sprybuild UMMC - 5C. The amount of dye supplied with the photopolymer is designed for 1 liter.
UMMC 605
Products made of UMMC 605 are characterized by high hardness, strength and high resistance to deformation.
Its mechanical properties resemble acrylic glass.
To remove uncured polymer after printing, it is recommended to use isopropanol, followed by rinsing the product in warm water with a surfactant.
Physical and mechanical parameters:
ASTM D638, Type V, 10 mm / min

The coloring system for model photopolymers Sprybuild UMMC - 5C
Using 5C you get Those materials for printing matte, opaque parts in various colors, color, saturation and hue in the coloring system are selected using the CMYK system, which includes a set of five primary colors Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, Black and White.
When ordering 1l. of our photopolymer, you will receive a syringe-dispenser with one of the basic colors of the system chosen by you, or when you select the “another color” parameter, you will receive a promo code by which you can order a pigment on the official website.
The amount of colorant in the dispenser supplied with the polymer is designed for 1 liter. Before use, the syringe-dispenser must be shaken for 30 seconds.
The selection of shades is carried out by mixing colored polymers in accordance with the instructions.
You can also order a separate 5C system consisting of 5 syringe dispensers and follow the instructions from the official website to independently select colors and shades.
After the introduction of the dye, the photopolymer must be thoroughly mixed.
